It's been a while since I've sat down to write any sort of post for anything, especially with the intention of actually finishing it...
Hell, it's been a while since I've sat down with the intention actually writing anything. It seems my drive to write has buggered off over the last year or so. I did have a go at NaNoWriMo last year, but it fizzled out within the first week or two on account of work. This year...
This year, I think I could have a go, though it starts in six days and I don't have an idea of what to write...one is tickling the edges of thought (yet another installment of the Story that Rainbow Brite Spawned - the working title of a book I've been trying to write since I were five or so)...I guess I can see where that takes me.
Either way...as for what's happened in the past year or so since I last updated this...
Met the man of my dreams, got together, got engaged, got pregnant, got married...the works. Some would say that the timeline was far too short, but...meh. There was, of course, a great deal more that happened in that intervening time that would take a life time to explain, but...I'm happy. I've got a seven week old daughter named Lillian (though we call her Lilly). The only downside is that my step-son is currently with his mother. I wish he was here.
